INSTITUTE HISTORY

Anjali Institute of Management and Science (AIMS) was initially established in the year 2000 as Anjali Institute of Management at Agra, under the aegis of prestigious Dr. R. N. Gupta Technical Educational Society, primarily to cater for the need for preparing professionals in the field of Management and Computer Applications. But over the period of time the growing need for professionals in the field of teacher’s education has motivated us to introduce additional courses such as B.Ed., B.P.Ed. N.T.T., D.El.Ed.

AIMS is approved by National Council for Teacher Education, a Statutory Body of the Government of India and affiliated to the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra formerly called as Agra University, Agra. The College is situated in the heart of Green Valley of the City of Taj on NH-2, Agra-Firozabad Road, Etmadpur, Agra, having environmental pollution free location surrounded by natural lush heartly. It is located hardly 10 kms. From main Bus stand, Agra and 6 kms. From Tundala Railway Station.

The Institute has not only been providing good quality education in various fields of study but also has been encouraging the students to work on their soft skills which is equally important in today’s job scenario. To achieve this goal, students are taken on educational visits / tours to different organizations and various technical and non-technical seminars / workshops / short term training programmes are conducted throughout the semester to help students improve their employability skills.
